Corn Bread

For those who want a change to their everyday bread.
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 tblsp baking powder
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup sugar or xylosweet
½ tsp salt
2 eggs or egg replacer
1 cup Rich Rice Milk
 
Mix all dry ingredients together. Lightly beat eggs and rice milk and oil. Add the dry ingredients and mix. Bake at 350F in a greased nine inch pan for 20 min. bread is ready when the centre is set. Print Friendly
