Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup Silk Soymilk (Vanilla or Plain)
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt (to desired taste)
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Oil
3/4 cup raspberries
Instructions
Beat the eggs and Silk® Soymilk in a mixing bowl. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt and honey. Beat well. Then stir in the raspberries and the oil. Cook on a hot griddle. You can substitute raspberries with for any other fruit you like (bananas, blueberries, strawberries etc.).
